Chief Operating Officer - Corporate Headquarters in Phoenix

We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer to oversee Sales and Operations for our Corporate Headquarters in Phoenix, AZ.

This is an opportunity for a qualified EXECUTIVE WITH SOLID SALES AND P&L MANAGEMENT TRACK RECORD. PREFERRED. Experience within a facilities services or related commercial services industry is required.

Charged with operational, account sales, marketing, financial, and franchise sales responsibilities that support the company’s strategies and utilize the OpenWorks approved system and tools, to continuously improve the capability and capacity of the Company to maximize profitability.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain open and candid relationship with the Senior Management.
  • Implement the Company’s strategic plan and vision, to promote and ensure the company’s continued success and growth with particular emphasis on growing market share.
  • Implement annual plans both for Operations, Account Sales and New Franchisee Development, with specific, measurable goals, which move the Company towards greater efficiency and profitability.
  • Assist in developing a robust and sustainable local marketing program.
  • Personally sell service account sales in region.
  • Manage a team that will sell and maintain account sales in the region
  • Direct performance against financial and strategic plans.
  • Ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements with respect to franchising within states(s) are complied with.
  • Take the leadership role in formulating and articulating the company’s vision and mission by sharing the vision with the employees, to achieve buy-in and support.
  • Responsible for system wide compliance to the Operating Standards and business systems required by brand.
  • Responsible for managing the Company P&L and personal budget.

We are seeking highly motivated Customer Service Representatives to support Operations and Account Management teams.
